Owner Interview {feat: Mahyar Ghassemian}

Mahyar Ghassemian is the founding attorney of the Ghassemian Law Group. Mahyar received a master’s degree in physics from California State University in Long Beach with honors and received her law degree from Western State University College of law, graduating Cum Laude in 1999. She was sworn in by the Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, for whom she clerked while in law school in December 1999.

Since then she has served as a business and construction litigator with some big name firms in Southern California. In 2010, she left a partnership in a well-known civil litigation firm to start her own firm Ghassemian & Associates which then became Ghassemian Law Group in 2013.

Since 1999, Ms. Ghassemian has defended numerous National and California construction companies and a multitude of businesses in a variety of lawsuits ranging from multi-million-dollar complex litigation matters to smaller cases.
